Become an Exhibitor at the 2025 Place-Based Education Conference!
The National Place-Based Education Conference is the only one of its kind in North America and brings together hundreds of early childhood and K-16 educators, school/district administrators, scholars, community partners, governmental agencies, and educational innovators from across the United States and beyond to learn about and exchange education efforts that are relevant, meaningful, and connected to the places we live, work, and care for.
Each exhibitor space includes lunch and refreshments on both Thursday and Friday, November 13-14. Additionally, exhibitor tables will come with table skirts and access to free WiFi. If exhibitors wish to attend any of the conference sessions, they must also register as a conference attendee here.
The exhibitor area is located in the Mezzanine at the Eastern Michigan University Student Center, directly between conference registration and the Grand Ballroom, the location for conference meals and plenary sessions. We choose to offer a limited number of exhibitor spaces at the conference, so this is your chance to stand out and make a lasting connection with attendees!
2025 Exhibitor Space Rates
For-Profit half table (includes one chair and one exhibitor): $200
For-Profit full table (includes two chairs and up to two exhibitors): $400
Nonprofit/Government half table (includes one chair and one exhibitor): $75
Nonprofit/Government full table (includes two chairs and up to two exhibitors): $150
Exhibit tables will be accessible for the duration of the conference (7:30 am Thursday, November 13 to 4:00 pm Friday, November 14). Exhibitor set up times are Wednesday, November 12 (4-6pm) and Thursday, November 13 (7:30-9am).
