The Marriott at Eagle Crest offers PBE Conference attendees COMPLIMENTARY self-parking for both overnight and day guests. Those who are parking overnight should take a ticket when entering the parking lot.  Once checked in, your room key will work to get you in and out of the parking lot all week. If you leave your car there on Friday after checking out, you will be provided with a comp voucher to leave.

Those only visiting the hotel for Wednesday’s Welcome Reception should take a ticket when entering the parking lot. You will be provided a complimentary voucher at the reception.

Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites also offers COMPLIMENTARY on-site parking, 

Guests staying at either hotel will be shuttled to the conference venue, as on-campus parking is limited. 

Eastern Michigan University Student Center 

Parking in this lot is prioritized for commuting conference attendees. If you are staying at one of the conference hotels, please utilize the conference shuttle(s). 

The EMU Student Center Pay lot is accessed from Oakwood Street and between the two stop signs. Look for conference and event signs to ensure you get to the correct lot. Googling the conference venue address can sometimes lead one to a different pay lot, and you may get ticketed. See the PDF map below for a helpful visual. 

WEDNESDAY: Immersion Experience attendees will need to take a ticket to enter the lot and then request a voucher at registration. The voucher will cover the parking fee for the day. 

THURSDAY & FRIDAY: Parking in the Student Center pay lot will be complimentary on Thursday and Friday. The gates will be up to allow easy access and departure.
