Our conference rates reflect our true costs for planning and implementing the 2025 PBE Conference, but the GLSI does not wish for registration fees to be a barrier to participation. We offer a limited number of discounted registrations for K-12 educators who would otherwise be unable to attend, and to retirees and K-12 or university students.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, you may arrange with the conference organizer to substitute someone else to attend in your place. Requests for refunds stemming from a documented medical/family emergency must be submitted on/before November 30, 2025. Refunds will be reduced by the amount of any unrecoverable fee associated with your registration (e.g., PayPal transaction fees).
